Many therapies focus primarily on insight, strategies, or symptom management. While those can be helpful, my work centers the nervous system and the body as essential sources of information and change.
Rather than trying to fix, override, or push through what you’re experiencing, we slow down and listen to your body’s signals. Symptoms are approached as meaningful responses shaped by your history, not problems to eliminate.
My approach is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed. Sessions are paced with care, guided by consent and curiosity, and shaped by what your body is ready for—not by a preset agenda or timeline. I draw on nervous system science, attachment theory, mindfulness, and embodied practices to support regulation, resilience, and self-trust over time.
What often feels different for clients is the emphasis on listening instead of forcing, presence instead of performance, and collaboration instead of expertise-driven direction. Your experience leads the work, and change unfolds as your system has the capacity to support it. This is what creates significant and lasting change.

Individual Telehealth sessions are $160. I accept most payment methods, and HSA/FSA. I will also provide a superbill that you can use to get reimbursement for Out of Network care from your health insurance.
The Root to Ease group is $200 a month for weekly sessions.
Scholarships are available for all services, just ask.

I’ve chosen not to work directly with insurance companies so that therapy can stay centered on you, rather than on insurance requirements.
Insurance often requires a diagnosis, ongoing documentation, and proof of “medical necessity.” That can shape what we focus on, how long we work together, and how progress is defined. I prefer a model where our work is guided by your goals, your pace, and what feels meaningful and supportive to you—not by outside mandates.

Like most specialty providers, therapy with bekah is not “in network” with any insurance plans and operates as an out‑of‑network provider.
If you have out‑of‑network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement; this is typically 60–80% per session. We can provide documentation called a “superbill” on the first of each month if you wish to submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
When you call your insurance provider, ask these questions:
Do I have out‑of‑network benefits?
If so, what is my out‑of‑network deductible?
How much of my out‑of‑network deductible has been met this year?
Once I have met that deductible, what percentage will be reimbursed for a psychotherapy session?
How much will I be reimbursed for a psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90834 for individual sessions)?
How do I submit super-bills for reimbursement?
How long does it typically take to receive reimbursement?
