I offer somatic, trauma-informed therapy for adults through individual sessions, group work, and periodic in-person retreats. All offerings are grounded in nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

  • One-on-one somatic psychotherapy for adults seeking support with depression, burnout, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and people-pleasing patterns.

Sessions focus on helping your nervous system find greater stability and capacity over time. Rather than pushing for change, we slow down, listen to your body’s signals, and work in a way that respects your history and limits.

Offered via secure teletherapy or in-person.

  • Weekly sessions mixing practice (yoga, meditation, breath work), coaching, and group reflection.

This group offers space to slow down, practice embodied awareness, and explore patterns in a relational setting—without pressure to perform, fix, or explain yourself. Group work can gently support connection, clarity, and a sense of shared humanity.

Offered via teletherapy in 3-month cohorts starting February 1, May 1, August 1, and October 31.

  • Quarterly, in-person day-long retreats designed to support nervous system settling, embodiment, and integration.

These retreats offer extended time for somatic practice, rest, and reflection in a contained group environment. Dates and locations are shared as retreats approach.

If one of these offerings feels aligned, reach out. We can begin with a brief consultation to see whether this feels like a good fit.
